- Account Information: If you choose to log in via Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture provided by Google authentication services.
- Usage Data: We collect data on the cards you "swipe" (save or discard), your binder contents, and posts you make to the Community Feed.
- Guest Data: If you use the app as a Guest, your data (Binder and Chat history) is stored locally on your device via "Local Storage" and is not sent to our servers until you log in.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your user account.
- Sync your card collection (Binder) across multiple devices (for logged-in users).
- Display your profile (Name and Photo) when you post trade offers on the public Community Board.
- Facilitate simulated matchmaking and trading features.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party services to operate our app:
- Google Firebase: Used for Authentication (Login), Database (Firestore), and Hosting. Your data is stored securely on Google's servers.
- Pokémon TCG API: Used to fetch card images and data. This service is governed by its own privacy policy.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
TCG Match participates in the eBay Partner Network. This means that if you click on a "Buy on eBay" link within our app and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your data. Since we use Google Firebase, you can typically delete your account data by contacting us directly.
